Enrolling your child at St Peters Preschool takes 2 easy steps:

 

1. Read the Family Information Booklet. 

 

2. Complete the Application Form. Please click on the link below right.

• Please note that completion of the application form will automatically place you on a waiting list to be processed.

• Preschool staff will be in contact with you to arrange an Orientation Appointment.

 

       To complete the Application form, you will need the following:

 

• Birth Certificate

• ACIR Immunisation History Statement (available from Medicare)

  • This must be current and up to date.​

  • Must be downloaded within the previous 2 months.

• Health Care Card (if applicable)
