Enrolling your child at St Peters Preschool takes 3 easy steps:

 

1. Read the Family Information Booklet

 

2. Download and complete the Enrolment Forms

 

3. Ring us to book an Orientation Appoinment. We will require you to bring the following:

 

• The completed Enrolment Forms with all relevant information and signature(s)

• ACIR Immunisation History Statement (available from Medicare)

• Birth Certificate

• Health Care Card (if applicable)

• $80 booking fee
